Northern Germany, Schleswig-Holstein, Halstenbek near Hamburg, at an uncultivated natural area on an earthwork grown over with bushes, sitting at a leaf of stinging nettle (Urtica dioica), 25 m, Outsidefoto: kuv, 4th of June 2014. I couldn't find it in the diptera gallery: Wrong familiy? Please help to get the ID (Sorry, only this picture).

"Carefully" question: Is there an expert who confirms "Neurigona pallida" (as Igor put a questionmark to his answer?) I can't see any other similar pic in the gallery.
