Hi,

these pictures were taken in 20.06.2012 I think that they are Oplodontha viridula. Many times i see that they have different patterns in the eye spots as shown in the pictures, it is a variation or they are different species?

Hello affiniscyanoviridis,

Yes, above female below male O. viridula. Eye spot vary within the species.

Good that I post these 2 pictures, i have much more but now I know that the eye spot pattern can vary within this species!
