Do you have more pictures of these flies? In copula we can hardly see the shape of the genitalia. In this particular case i would love to see the wings better in dorsal view.

if the date right, this might be Pamponerus cf germanicus.

No other pictures. I showed neostorozhnost- much closer and they flew away.
