Hello,

A Dolichopodidae found in France, in Alps, in Bourg-Saint-Maurice, at 1800 m, the 09 july 2014, near a stream
Maybe a Dolichopus, species is possible ?

It may be Dolichopus ungulatus (multiple preapical bristles on hind femur, black postocular hairs, yellow femora).

Dear tlegrand,

I can confirm John's guess that you are, indeed, dealing with Dolichopus ungulatus (female). The features that John lists support the diagnosis.
