This female was 15 mm. Which genus and are spieces possible to tell?
When looking at high magnification I Think that Eyes have very short hairs.
Photos from 25 July 2014 Kramfors 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

I agree.


Hybomitra ' always' has 3 eye bands.
These little hairs are annoying, but OK.
