Perhaps Diastatidae. Let it end up on my desk in a while.

Hello Paul and Dick, I found A. nigrinus with at least a thousand specimens this year near Arnhem, Landgoed Mariendaal together with Sphaerocera monilis on rotten funghi. I observed the behavior of A. nigrinus and am writing an article about my observations. Greetings, Elias de Bree (alias Ectemnius) |

Can you send me some details about Sphaerocera monilis, too? This species still needs to be recorded from the Netherlands formally and I have at least four other localities.

Sure. I think I will start preparing a note on the species, too.
