Oscinella Becker, 1909, Chloropidae. But difficult to say which species, because I need to see the scutum in better view and more clear, to be sure that if it is shining or a bit dusted. If it be dusted that is O. frit (Linnaeus 1758), but if is shining so it can be O. nitidissima (Meigen 1838). My idea is more on frit species.
