Chrysosoma leucopogon group, I think, unless the modified leg has evolved more than once. |

Hi John, Thank you very much for your replies. First I thought the photo's in both posts showed related but different species, but from your comment I understand they are the same. By the way, what is a modified leg? Regards, David |

The mid leg has two white bands. Modified legs, with colored bands, flattened segments, and bizarre appendages, are used in mating rituals. |
