A Opomyzidae found in France, Mametz, the July 27 2014, in the grass near a lake,
Maybe Geomyza balachowskyi or G.hackmani ?

I'm leaning towards Geomyza balachowskyi. Normally (but unfortunately not always) the post-scutellum is much darker in G. hackmani.
