Compsilura concinnata

Member Location: Tottenham Posts: 577 Joined: 18.05.12	the antennae suggest a tachinid but it doesn't fit anything I've seen. What can be said of these images? there are bristles going some way up the facial ridge, I can't quite see if the mouth is projecting though. Member Location: Tottenham Posts: 577 Joined: 18.05.12	Thanks Theo and Valerio, this was at least twice the size of my Compsilura specimen, so although I felt strongly there was something obvious or familar about it that I was missing, I don't think I'd have thought of that.
