Another Tachinidae for ID, C Spain --> Brachymera rugosa

Found in Las Matas, Madrid, on 08.04.2014 feeding on Thapsia sp. in area with abundant Cistus. Very peculiar head shape. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help! Smile

WOW!!! This look like Brachymera letochai?!! It looks rather a Brachymera, at least.

It is actually Brachymera rugosa.
