found on 2014-04-17 ovipositing into boreholes of beetles on a fallen beech in a forest near Marburg.

Mycetophilidae, Sciophilinae sensu Edwards. Note the crossvein between branches of R.

Thank you both.
First (looking to the habitus) I thought Sciaridae too. However I have never seen Sciaridae ovipositing into (relative) solid wood. So at a second sight I was tending to Mycetophilidae .
