This had come to blacklight in Souht Finland and Sipoo, date are 13-20.4.2014.

But can it be fund Id?

The postpedicel suggests that it is not Anthomyiidae, too round and short

Whether this be Tephrochlamys tarsalis ?

But are there more id to check than wings, and I come to this species only from wings!

I have fund key to this after I heard the name, and I check via key, and the key tell me at this is Tephroclamys rufiventris female!
