lays eggs on a Leonurus - plant in our garden (Foto 4). Could it be Aciura coryli? Who can help? Thank you.

Yes, no doubts, Aciura coryli, and this host plant possibly has not been recorded yet.

Our Location Wattwil is on the north side of the Alps.

In the Book "Tephritidae" (Insecta Helvetica, Volume 10, 1994) writes Bernhard Merz analogy: " Distribution: the whole mediterranean region”.

I mean that it has never been reported to infest Leonurus yet. Furthermore, it has not been recorded from Switzerland yet. May I please ask you to ask you for a permission to publish this record with your photo(s) to have proofs for updating Fauna Europaea database?

I understand, by the way, the exact name of the plant is Leonurus cardiaca.
