16.12.2013, Kenya, Kiambu County, 3 km NE Kijabe, a patch of indigenous vegetation near a stream in Pinus patula forest. Size ca. 7 mm. Maybe Platystomatidae?

Dima, it is certainly a fruit fly (Tephritidae), possibly a Euphrantini; may I please ask you for more detailed: a) head left strictly in profile and b) wing strictly dorsally (to show the subcostal vein)? Stacked pics are welcome.
