Hello. This is the first single message on your forum. I know nothing in Diptera, but the excellent French insecte.org forum, I was advised to come to submit specimen (and some others ... to come on other topics here) This is the first for determination. It would be an a priori Chironomidae. Size: about 7 mm (body). Can you identify with this 2 pictures, view from below? Its beautiful color gradient may be characteristic?
