This one was collected from a mangrove forest. It's quite a common species in that habitat.

I'm inclined to think that it is an Anthomyia plumiseta, but as far as I can tell it lacks the hairs on the underside of the scutellum of Anthomyiidae. But then again I have been wrong about this character before.

This is really a Muscidae, Limnophora or Heliographa.

The R1 is not setulate on the dorsal surface. So it is probably a Limnophora. Thanks for helping me to narrow it down to those two genera.

Just out of curiosity, how many genera have this kind of coloration? It seems like it is found in several different families.
