19 May 2013, flooded forest along the Rewa River, Guyana. This was the only photo. I don't even know the family.

It is a Curtonotidae. Very likely a Curtonotum sp...

I found something similar in Suriname: link. Apparently Curtonotum is the only neotropical genus of the family.
