I think, maybe I can be of Oxyaciura tibialis, but I have no security.

Photograph taken on May 23, 2013, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 5-6 mm

Jose, the 2nd foto clearly show 3+1 fr+or, so it is Oxyaciura tibialis R.-D.
