Oops, big mistake! I just noticed the oval "bubble" on the middle of the wing, which clearly shows that this is an Ulomyia fuliginosa male. The limits between Ulomyia and Pneumia are somewhat imperfectly explored, but the U. fuliginosa group is the only Psychodid group to have that "bubble" on the wing. |
