Taken in the mountains of Madrid, on August the 7th 2012. I think it looks like Musca of some kind but I don't think it is autumnalis or domestica. Thanks in advance for any help Smile

The eyes are distinctly hairy : either Musca osiris or Musca vitripennis.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
