yesterday I found this ( about-3mm sized) couple sitting on a leaf about 10cm above the water surface of a small runlet in a forest near Marburg, central Germany. Mating behaviour (like eye-wishing) seems to be in parts similar to Tachypeza nubila. Regards, Ingo
