Mayfly with green wingtips - Norway

I found this mayfly in my moth trap this morning, outside Oslo.
It had rather unusual green wingtips...
Possible to say anything about species?

My guess would be Cloeon dipterum, or a close relative. Not sure what to make of the green fluid in/on the wingtips.
