It seems Tachinidae but ocellar triangle looks (to me) similar to Nermestrinidae.

Taken in Huétor Santillán (Central Granada. 1350 m.). 11th May 2012.

Tachinidae

Nemestrinidae have different wing venation..
Compare with your fly which to me seems like Tachina lurida, (but just a guess on my part)
