HelloSmile

This is my first thread in this forum and I hope I'm doing everything correctly.

The 29 of april 2012 while I was walking in Ozzano dell'Emilia near Bologna (ITALY) I've photographed this fly while eating another fly.

Is it possible that the predator is an Empididae Empis essellata and the prey a Tipulidae Nephrotoma sp.?

Thank you very much for your help!

Bye Bye
