I think I see the Phaonia bristle. Can it be a male Phaonia trimaculata? Confirmation or correct ID will be most appreciated  Taken in the outskirts of Madrid on a flowery meadow on the 2nd May 2012. If you do want a suggestion, it could be the common Helina reversio, but we cannot even see whether abdomen is spotted or not as a start point.

Thanks a bunch for the suggestion, Stephane!! I think it is a reasonable suggestion There are more pictures of the fly and it HAS an spotted abdomen
