Hi,

Id needed for this very small (maybe 2 mm), nicely colored fly, that kept "twitching" its wings.
Found in SW Sweden.

A Sepsid- Ensign/Scavenger fly. They are known for their delightful courtship displays

Can you tell the species as well?
Looks a lot like photos of Sepsis fulgens, which seems to be a common species here.
