I think it's the same species as photographed a week ago. http://www.dipter...d_id=47920
But it is smaller, and their stains are slightly different. Could it be the male of the same species.?

Photograph taken on June 09, 2012, in the wetlands of the Suárez Pond, Motril, Granada, Spain.
Immediate area of the Mediterranean coast.
Apparent size with wings, about 5-6 mm
