Can't tell, no such thing in galery (Drosophilidae). Colors are OK, mybe even more dark.
And it is not from degration, like 60 sec from its death.

I'm tempted to guess Drosophila funebris. It's the most obvious 'mid brown' one (it is too pale for obscura-group) and although it's quite squashed, I /think/ thats a pale line down the centre of the abdomen, which rules out subgenus sophophora.
