Anthomyiidae_Paregle audacula(female) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 520 m altitude. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 24. 05. 2012.

I'd say Muscidae. I'm not sure, but this reminds me strongly of Coenosia agromyzina (female) (and in the upper right image the costa does appear to end at R4+5)
