Please, can someone identify the species of this fly? The picture is taken on 18th of May 2012 in Serbia.

From what I can see, more probably O. ornata Meigen (unpublished senior synonym of O. bacescui Gheorghiu, the latter name still used in FaEu as valid name; Elena Kameneva is preparing a paper for publication)
