No idea of the family.
There were a lot of those on the bark of Carpinus, in the wood of Lauzelle, Louvain-la-neuve, Belgium (2012/05/11).

Looks more like Tachydroma do they have a dark broad stripe over the wings?

There is a dark broad mark that covers 2/3 of the wings.
