 Tristam is right: definitely a small Sarcophaga s.l. (like Helicophagella or so).

 It is a female.

It is most likely Sarcophaga (Heteronychia) depressifrons, but I need a male for definite identification.

 I agree, this is Sarcophaga (Heteronychia) depressifrons. Very characteristic in its small size and dark colour.
