Hello,

this ~8mm fly - I guess it's a Tachinidae? - is from last august from a bushland near Cologne. What family is it? Can it be identified?

Looks like a female Linnaemya sp.

Yes, with the dark-legged Linnaemya an identification is difficult/impossible from photos Wink

After Erikas answer I found several pictures in my Linnaemya_undet directory. So I already conjectured something like this. But thanks for the confirmation.
