Another very handsome fly from Cyprus

Here is another of the fly species as photographed on my recent trip to Cyprus as Botanical leader. This very smart species (and the previous posting which looks very similar - same genus? but I hope different species) both seemed very common. This one was found near Avtepe on 31 March 2012. As with the previous species posted it is again c.10mm but this one has just a single dark spot at the end of each wings. I have retained specimens of both these.

Any suggestions as to identification greatly appreciated.
