Eye like many Lauxaniidae. Wings a little like Tephritidae. Problem with antennae. I didn't found such examples in both galleries.

As it is a male, we can't exclude Limnia paludicola.

Stephane . Merci. Actually was published in gallery as unguicornis so now is up to Paul to decide what to do. I have to believe to yours knowledge. Mine in negligible.
