Yes, it looks like Panzeria/Ernestia puparum Smile

Too long flagellum for Ernestia, int it?
It is Borthria subalpina, Goniini.

(sigh) ... fooled by another fly ... doh! It did look a bit thinner than the Panzeria puparium I have seen before ... and on second look the mouth-edge is not pulled forward enough ... but I was fooled by the overall appearance and the shaded rm.

Yeah, Bothria is looking a better bet Smile
