Looks like Ephydridae, Discomyza incura, female. I have never met this species on flowers. Is it true? Frown

Such a fly I photographed the flower as seen in photos. Then wandered around the flower field.

Canzoneri and Meneghini (1983 Fauna d'Italia) note that Bezzi collected D.incurva from Viburnum flowers, but I cannot remember seeing it on flowers in Britain.
