There is a whole bunch that has that break...
The picture is of a specimen with a ptilinal suture. If that is the same as your frontal suture...
The head resembles that of Cacoxenus indagator, but in that case the fronto-orbital setae were broken off. If that is the case you should be able to see the pits where they were placed.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
