Maybe this is Muscidae? Around 5 mm, photo 30.06.2009 Bodø, Northern Norway.

Will be happy with identification to family-level for this one, tried to use keys but too few visible details?

I'd say it is female of Thricops longipes, Muscidae as you correctly supposed

Ok, but studied my photos and are not sure if it is the same. This is slightly larger, guess 6-7 mm bodylength. Should be Muscidae. Photographed 04.04.2010.
