Is this a Sarcophaga? It appears to me a Tachinidae or perhaps a Miltogramminae, but, perhaps better to keep my mouth shut and leave it to the calypterate lovers

Hmm, yes - change the title to attract Theo - it seems to be Tachinidae (subfamily Exoristinae) - maybe an Exorista sp. but hard to say for sure - it seems to have lost a lot of its bristles.

Winthemiini? It's a brave step ... why do you think? I don't think Winthemiini have a shadow fold on the median vein - but yours has
