Hi

My friend Jean Hort has granted to show her flies photos from Australia.
This fly was taken on 26th December 2009. It was IDed by Jefferies as a Miltinus maculipennis Westwood 1841. It has 15 mm long.
What is great is the fact that Jean authorized me to put ALL her flies photos in the DI gallery (if you think it is ok, of course!)
These flies were copulating on Scholtzia involucrata shrubs.
