A tephritid from East Turkey, similar to Urophora solstitialis. I need help in confirmation.

70% possibility U. terebrans, but U. solstitialis is also possible. RTW, a single U. solstitialis with all femora black was recorded from Kars or from Van area (I cannot recall instantly). Indistinguishable from a male.
