Hello together I found this Tachinidae on a dry fallow land on July 16th, 2009. She was about 8mm in size. Location: Hessen, Germany. Can she determine anybody? I think, maybe, Ectophasia crassipennis? Or is it not possible with the photos to distinguish her of Ectophasia oblonga? I'm not sure about the sexe, and therefore not on the species. Theo |

Hello Theo What a pity! I did not know, that the sex determination is so difficult at this way ... What does one recognize the sex at Tachina by, then? Greetings Andreas Andreas Haselboeck Stuttgart / Germany http://www.naturs... |
