Blue Limnophora riparia (unusual) in waterfall

Hi


Yesterday I was in a very small waterfall, and saw these blue bastards Grin near Póvoa Dão historic village. Smile It has about 5 mm... These flies are rather nervous and it took some 30 minutes to get some decent photos.
Which Lispe this can be? Nikita... Grin Stéphane... and Javenerkelens put here your bets Grin

I think it is rather unusual view of male riparia
