I tried to id this fly with key but it was to difficult this timeSad 23.05.2009, northern Poland, edge of forest, size ~8mm. Please help.

With suggestion from other forum I came to conclusion it is Nemorilla floralis.

I too was thinking of Nemorilla from the face profile, however I would be a bit reserved to ID this one.
