 Diese Fliege fand ich im Garten, auf einem Bergenien-Blatt sitzend. Kann mir jemand mitteilen, um welche Art es sich handelt?

This fly I found in the garden sitting on an elephant-eared saxifrage in the evening, does someone know it ?

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
