Hi

This is an amazing miltogramminae I've found in Saladas de Monegros in final August 2008.
The tergites are peculiar as you'll see.

Apodacra is a difficult genus.

I think this is a female of Apodacra pulchra or Apodacra seriemaculata. A. dispar is unlikely because off length of anntennae and color of arista.

I would like to see a good view of wing venation and a good view of all legs in order to try to give a species id.

I have difficulties to judge the essential features.

I will quote the key (Venturi, 1960), so you may judge yourself.

A. pulchra: Tarsi protoracici alquanto dilatati. Tibie medie a colore fondamentale (ad eccezione del ginocchio) nere. 3o antennomero completamente bruno.

A. seriemaculata: Tarsi protoracici non dilatati. Tibie a colore fondamentale giallo. 3o antennomero giallo.

I can not see the fore tarsi from all angles, but they do not look very dilatati.
Your tibie seems to be partially giallo and partially nere. The difference between bruno and giallo is rather subjective and not to judge from pictures.

Apodacra seriemaculata most likely.. all tarsi are slender.
