Tephritidae_Tephritis conura(male) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 500 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 08.05.2013.

It certainly is not T. conura, and possibly is T. crepidis or T. conyzifoliae. These two could be separated by male genitalia or host plant.
