can somebody help me in the determination of this Platypezidae ?

found in 64668 Rimbach/Odenwald - Germany
date: 09.05.2013
size: 3,4 mm

I think it's an Ephydridae but i can't figure out what genus so i can be wront

Ephydridae is natural also a possibility.

Hmm, I'm more thinking in the direction of Cacoxenus indagator [Drosophilidae].
